Never been on a reformer before? Never been to a yoga class? Don’t worry, first-timers are very welcome at FS8!
Our classes are designed for you to go at your own pace. Our experienced and friendly trainers are here to guide you through the equipment, exercises, and proper technique every step of the way.
You sure do. FS8 exercises are designed to minimize the impact on your joints, but this doesn’t mean you won’t need that sweat towel. Our classes are low on impact and high on sweat so get ready to build strength and endurance and feel those muscles burn!
If you have an injury, you must first seek professional advice from your medical practitioner. Once you have been given clearance to exercise from your medical practitioner, you must notify our instructors who can then modify any exercises to cater to your injury and suit your fitness level.
Every single time. While each session delivers a balanced, full-body workout, some classes focus on big, dynamic movements, while others target specific muscle groups — together creating a complete head-to-toe burn.
